About Me

My passion for human potential & spirituality sparked late in high school. Since then, the journey has taken me down many paths – from corporate America, to a master’s degree in mental health counseling, to uprooting everything & exploring spiritual entrepreneurship.

In 2021, I was working as a therapist in Southern California, living with my partner of 7 years & our cats – my life was deeply established. Everyday, I sat with the intention to live my Soul’s potential. At the end of that year, a divine redirection led me to take a free fall from everything I thought I was & knew.

In 2022, I left my relationships, career, & country to follow the Heart where it was leading around the world. External sources of stability that once structured my life deconstructed. I was unwinding… following my intuition to come into alignment.

With intensity & grace, space was created in my mind & body to maintain a higher frequency.

A vision began to clarify – remembering & growing into my intention for this Earth walk.

Now I live in profound gratitude & Love for the connections & signs that light the path.

I believe we are here as the Soul in many forms – reflecting each other on the journey.

My mission is to evolve in unity & expand the reality where our Heart is fully alive.
